Admission Regulations

  • Minimum age for admission to Nursery is 3 years as on 1st April and so on for other classes.
  • A Photocopy of birth certificate duly attested by a gazetted officer and a photograph of the child are to be attached to the form at the time of registeration. Original Birth certificate from the panchayat, Municipal Committee/Municipal Corporation is to be produced at the time of registeration. bearing the child Names. Copy of Aadhar Card is to be submitted at the time of admission.
  • Name of the child, Name of Father, Mother and Date of Birth of the child once registered will not be altered.
  • Student migrating from other schools must produce their Transfer Certificate and progress Report from their previous school at the time of admission.
  • All admissions will be subject to test of ability by means of oral/written test.
  • Admission and assignment to a particular section of the class are entirely at the discretion of the school authorities.
  • Registration does not guarantee admission.
  • Procedure for Withdrawl

    Students can withdraw or be removed from school as under.

  • By the parents by giving one calender month notice writing.In absence of such a notice one
    School Leaving Certificate should be made on the prescribed form to be obtained from school office. School fees and other dues will be charged up to the month of issue of school Leaving Certificate.
  • The School reserves the right to compel the parents to withdraw their children on the following grounds :
    (a) Irregular attendance
    (b) Unsatisfactory academic progress
    (c) Bad conduct/behavioural problem/immorality/grave insubordination to higher authorities considered serious by school Commitee. Decision of School Committee in such cases be final and binding.
    Non payment of school dues or chronic irregular payment.
